Normally, our mind flits around like a mischievous monkey. To be attentive requires an effort.The three major functions of the brain are thinking,feeling and action.The brain is tremendously stimulated when you are aware of your thoughts,feelings and actions. If you are aware of your action the moment you do it,this same energy imprint remains later, even years later, to enable you to remember it. The more you pay pay attention to the events that occur in the present time, the easier you can recall these events,as memories, in the future.
