Imagination

Imagination stimulates the brain. Sit in a chair.Keep an alarm clock on the table before you. Look at the clock for a few seconds. Then close your eyes.See the clock with closed eyes. Imagine it in space. Picture it much smaller than it is. Now change your mental picture by making the clock larger and larger. By doing this your brain is tremendously stimulated. The different sizes merely exercise different cells of the brain.By shifting the memory of your brain is tremendously stimulated. The different sizes merely exercise different cells of the brain.By shifting the memory of your perceptions of these pictures you can stimulate a variety of brain cells. Imaging these visual images exercises your brain more then simply seeing them.
