Sri Yantra


Practise of Sri Yantra :Sit in a relaxed position. Do bhayaka kumbaka(outer retention) as follows: Breathe in,breathe out. Don't breathe in immediately. Pause. This provides good relaxation . Now look at the centre white dot of the Sri Yantra. You will see that your attention goes to different geometric figures.As you continue to look at the Yantra your attention keeps moving from one geometric figure to another. This activity increases communication between the left and right hemispheres of the brain.This technique will increase the power of concentration.
